These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the lumaverohq.com website (the “Site”), owned by Lumaverohq S.A.S., CUIT 30-71862459-7, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, 8th Floor, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
1. Purpose
The Site provides information about the real estate crowdlending model operated by Lumaverohq S.A.S. and allows users to subscribe to receive communications about available projects. Access to the Site does not constitute a public offering nor a personalised investment recommendation.
2. Acceptance
Using the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
3. Capacity
To register or take part in projects, you must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract under the laws of the Argentine Republic.
4. Risks
All real estate investment involves risks related to execution, timelines and market conditions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Lumaverohq publishes clear conditions for each project before any contribution.
5. Intellectual property
The content, trademarks, logos, designs and software of the Site are the property of Lumaverohq S.A.S. or its licensors and are protected by Argentine and international law.
6. Liability
Lumaverohq takes reasonable measures to keep the Site available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Lumaverohq will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Site.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, unless a rule of public order requires otherwise.
